Zero stars, katelin Moreno used to work at Herbert law firm. On day of my deposition, she arrives late, running in through front door, wearing cloth ballerina slip ons, no makeup on, wearing her house clothes, hair not brushed while bouncing around like a teenager unprepared for school. She is rushing around in the office while putting on makeup, putting on a silly jacket, some cheap high heal shoes and slapping a brush to her dirty hair. Katlyn is not prepared, has no knowledge of case, is lazy, and has no interest in case. I got hit by an 18 wheeler, She doesn't allow me to take my notes in and reprimanded me because I spoke. She just sat there twidling her fingers, as to be unknown or knowledgeable of any part of my case. I don't think she is educated, you can tell she is spoiled and thinks too much of herself. She doesn't know there are clients who are highly educated, speak three languages, own businesses, have people working for them. Katlyn on the other hand has a boss. Don't let her assist in your case, she will loose it for you. I feel sorry for this law firm, it will have a lot of unhappy people. We are sharing our experience with all, so they don't loose their case. 🙁 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵 This girl needs a reality check big time. I feel sorry for any client but especially those who are minority and tricked by her slang lanuage and unprofessionalism. Kaitlyn needs to get a job where she will not defend anyone in any way.
