If your child isn’t near death or has a permanent life altering physical injury, then good luck with getting any help. Months and months of meaningless “updates”, knowing that there would be no outcome. These daycares have multiple years of multiple incidents and they continue to be in operation. So reporting and trying to get justice does nothing. Congratulations and sorry to the parents who actually got justice due to “actual physical harm” of their child.

Although I do not live in Dallas or have any children in daycare, I have found the guides that Sarah Nava with Button Law Firm sent me very useful. I have shared the daycare guides with my friends who do have children in daycare. Things like this happen in Arkansas as well, and the guides are very thorough and informative for parents trying to find the best care for their children. I also found the car wreck guide very impressive and useful. I have shared it with my daughter who drives in Little Rock every day. Our 9-month-old son had a major head injury due to an accident at daycare. We knew we needed someone to help us get justice for him!
