When I hired James Aulbaugh to represent me for my case, I had never had a criminal conviction on my record, and thanks to James, that will remain true. James successfully resolved my case with deferred probation. I had never been charged with a crime. Over of the six months that James represented me, he clearly, articulately, and patiently explained every step of the process to me, and was always available to answer my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. When James was notified by the case detective that I was going to be charged, he arranged, with the detective, a date of my choosing to turn myself in to the Rockwall County Jail.
