When I hired James Aulbaugh to represent me for my case, I had never had a criminal conviction on my record, and thanks to James, that will remain true. James successfully resolved my case with deferred probation. I had never been charged with a crime. Over of the six months that James represented me, he clearly, articulately, and patiently explained every step of the process to me, and was always available to answer my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. When James was notified by the case detective that I was going to be charged, he arranged, with the detective, a date of my choosing to turn myself in to the Rockwall County Jail. Additionally, James recommended an excellent bail bonds company, and explained the bond process to me, to which I set up a bond agreement prior to my arrest, thus I ultimately spent less than eight hours in jail on the day of my arrest. James is supremely qualified, experienced, intelligent, articulate, professional, and he will be sympathetic to your cause. My case didn’t go to to trial, but if it had, James definitely carries the demeanor, decorum, elocution, and the stature to go along with his excellent skills and deep substantive knowledge of criminal law to win an acquittal. My family has hired the best, high-profile tax attorneys, real estate attorneys, etc. over the previous 50 years. Now, I have James Aulbaugh in my corner.
