Phillip was very through and attentive. His personal manner was also very engaging. He made what could have been a painful and drawn out process very much stress free.

We contacted Mr. Haynes with what we were worried was an impossible case. Mr. Haynes handled the matter the FIRST day in court, without my husband even having to appear before the judge. He walked in on Monday morning and got my husband's probation reinstated and got the agreement to allow supervision transfer to another state before 10am. To say we we were amazed is a complete understatement. He is very professional and cares about his clients. My husband is able to return home to me because we put our trust in Mr. Haynes. If ever we need help again with anything like this, he will be the first person we will call.

I was involved in a fight defending a lady in a bar. I took the guy choking her to the ground. The police department were on the same side as the guy choking the lady. So I got arrested and was looking at a great amount of time. Phillip had me calm the whole way and explained what all we needed to do. After 8 months and looking at 2 Felony counts. I got 2 years deferred probation and felonys reduced to misdemeanors. Phillip and his team fought the whole way. Please do not waste your time looking for other attorneys if you want great results go and sit with Phillip and he will make it happen.

I'm met roger 14 years ago when I first came to Texas from Brooklyn. After leaving New York I thought I could get a fresh start in Dallas. Not long after coming here, myself and three other friends were wrongfully indicted on aggravated assault charges due to the sympathetic ear of the d.a. and a police officer who was less than truthful. After meeting Roger and agreeing with his trial plans to find justice we hired him and I'm glad that we did. We were all found not guilty. After the trial several of the jury members came up and hugged us because after he stated our case they felt that justice had not started out in our favor but ended in it. I would like to think a situation like that would have kept me on the straight and narrow but it didnt. I have used Roger on multiple occasions to keep me from being incarcerated. I recommend him to everybody that I know and all of which have used him and have gained the same results that I have over the last 14 years. I was referred to Phillip Linder through a mutual friend. Phillip Linder helped me tremendously the last two years with my child custody case. Our case is one that falls in the top 10% high-conflict cases, if not higher. He helped me through many challenges that the opposing side came at us with. Throughout the case I endured MANY FALSE allegations. At times I wondered why we didn't fight the allegations immediately and head on. Often times it was frustrating!
