I'm met roger 14 years ago when I first came to Texas from Brooklyn. After leaving New York I thought I could get a fresh start in Dallas. Not long after coming here, myself and three other friends were wrongfully indicted on aggravated assault charges due to the sympathetic ear of the d.a. and a police officer who was less than truthful. After meeting Roger and agreeing with his trial plans to find justice we hired him and I'm glad that we did. We were all found not guilty. After the trial several of the jury members came up and hugged us because after he stated our case they felt that justice had not started out in our favor but ended in it. I would like to think a situation like that would have kept me on the straight and narrow but it didnt. I have used Roger on multiple occasions to keep me from being incarcerated. I recommend him to everybody that I know and all of which have used him and have gained the same results that I have over the last 14 years. He's a unbelievable attorney with a skill set of drawing favor from jurors and drawing a favorable outcome from judges. Thank you for all you've done for me, my friends and my family. You are a good person with a great heart and a hell of a track record. For people like me who needed more than a second chance(I believe six chances) I'm glad you're great at what you do so that people like me can be better in the latter of part of my life!

Phillip is the top third criminal defense attorney in Dallas but to me he is number one! I was referred to Phillip Linder through a mutual friend. Phillip Linder helped me tremendously the last two years with my child custody case. Our case is one that falls in the top 10% high-conflict cases, if not higher. He helped me through many challenges that the opposing side came at us with. Throughout the case I endured MANY FALSE allegations. At times I wondered why we didn't fight the allegations immediately and head on. Often times it was frustrating! Phillip's tactic in dealing with these instances was "to be patient, to keep doing the right things for my daughter and then document, document everything." It was hard when the police and CPS was constantly knocking on my door at night. Phillip was hired for my cousin. She had a federal fraud case. She was promised by Phillip that the government would give her half off her sentence for testifying against other people. She did testify. She did not get the deal Phillip promised her. My cousin got 8 years in prison. All because of a few documents. He did not tell her she was being sentenced until right before. No notice. He said he would change the date but he didn't!
