Monse/ Rodriguez and Also Mahsa was who I’ve spoken with this firm scam artist ! I requested a withdrawal and before I signed those papers they told me that u can withdraw any time with no cost they repeatedly told me that ! I requested my withdrawal on Monday 19, and still haven’t received anything because I refused to let them handle both my cases. These people or crooks ! I was told by the lawyer that I will have my papers last week! And nothing ! They are out to get money from you BE AWARE AND DON’T sign I wish I would’ve read the reviews or wish my lawyer was in town I called them first but my lawyer was on vacation the only reason I choose this company before I signed the reviews never again !! He it is Monday haven’t received any response to my withdrawal and also they said they would put a lein on paper work cause I hired them first ! But they don’t have my address my id or half we lein plz send me my paper work so I can put the stressful situation behind me. Here is the proof !

Beware the 5 star reviews is just a cover up for there true lack of staffing and professsionalism . The first few weeks they will calll you regularly and encourage you to give a 5 star review(all the time hence you see so many) I was smart to decline and told them I would absolutely do so when I see them work on the case . Magically the follow-ups changed to rarely . Delaye happened frequently with false deadlines and standard follow up scripting leading to nothing. They lied and said some of the delays were due to others not responding to their messages . So since I already saw the magnitude of false information they provided I called each provider they said we’re not answering and within minutes they answered and within less than a few hours I had the documentation they allegedly were working on for weeks to get . I called the firm back and they said they are calling every week and working hard to get the documents as quickly as possible ( lie) I laughed and said I got all of the documents and then they said great can you send it to us.this is only one of the many examples of me doing their job because they refused to do it . Once they had all the documents they needed you think they’d work on the case. Well then they started changing team members not following up at all one of the operators said that cee jay the paralegal doesn’t work for the firm any more which would make sense since he for weeks never answer or did anything but later a month or two he magically appeared and said he still is “working” . Things continued to get worse once we started tracking the lack of follow ups and misinformation from the firm we requested to speak to angel reyes or another superior and for over month no one has answered even the operator was shocked. Yet they will continue to get new clients who look at the reviews seeing high ones not knowing they only pretend to be a leading firm so they can get more reviews and more business but in reality they can barely work on the cases they actually have. Paralegals go months without communicating and the lawyer a few times a year will say he is working on something . Going on year 2 what has been accomplished you guessed it nothing. This is actually an easy case since the other driver admitted he caused the accident, he has insurance under his job and the other insurance actually answers the phone . My mistake was looking at the high reviews and hiring this firm not knowing they don’t have the bandwidth to solve for a simple case

I guess we all agree here that after your car accident this working with these people is the second worst thing that could happen to you

On point in every way I can think of. Extremely helpful with both setting and arranging transportation to medical appointments, attorneys return calls quickly when I have requested to speak with them, I have zero complaints 😊

Took 11months for personal injury claim. I understand the firm need to get paid but I’m the victim and they took a way bigger cut than I received. The whole process seemed odd. Good forbid I have to go through this again but if I do. I have an idea how it works an won’t be consulting with an attorney

Horrible experience, no one ever contacted me to keep me updated , also sent me to every doctor and physician they referred ! At end of case I didn’t receive anything they wouldn’t even cut there $9,000 share to make sure I received anything after hospital bills !! Would never recommend them better off doing your own work honestly!!!!

I signed with this firm almost a month ago and i've received NO update. I have no vehicle to make it to all of my doctor appointments. I have no idea if a claim has even started, it is frustrating and the complete opposite of help.

I still would like to be updated possibly every 3 months. That is the one detail that is not true.
