Because I was new to the TX market, I consulted several attorneys on the contract of buying a home. Bruce was one of the attorneys I hired. I went in with a couple of specific questions. The other attorneys gave me the answers but Bruce was the only one that did more than the ask. He investigated into the matter much deeper, which uncovered many issues with the seller. He went above and beyond my initial request and performed a deeper due diligence for my benefits. I’m so glad that I met Bruce because he actually took the time to review all the documents, asked many tough & great questions, and conducted background research on the seller. At the end, he also made sure my interest was protected. He could have done the minimum like the other attorneys but Bruce did much more than I asked because he actually cared! I truly felt that my interest was put first. I would highly recommend Bruce to represent you!

TLDR: Bruce is brilliant, patient, super strategic and just plain amazing. I had a super difficult tenant who abandoned the lease to our property. So I took him to small claims court. Problem is, my ex-tenant was a lawyer (doh!) and countersued me. SO I called Bruce, and he absolutely DECIMATED my ex-tenant's phony case. In fact, Bruce was so good, my ex-tenant - who, again, was an experienced lawyer - actually HIRED A LAWYER to help him out. In the end, the ex-tenant buckled and agreed to settle. Do yourself a favor. Call Bruce. He's literally 2X as powerful as other lawyers.
