I was absolutely impressed with the care and support I received from Mr. Karns. My investigation was over a year with serious allegations and during that time he consistently kept me updated on the progress of the investigation. In the end there was no legal action taken against me. I highly recommend using Stephen Karns Legal Office for any defense you may need.

My wife and I hired Jacob to help us get our deposit back from our landlord in November of 2023. We agreed to ask for the deposit plus the attorney fees he was charging. He never asked for attorney fee in the demand letter like we agreed and ended up losing half of that deposit. He said he would reach out and request the attorney fee but we never saw anything from Jacob, even after we asked for updates and for him to copy us on any communication, but communication was just never there. To this day, we are still waiting for Jacob to give us an update but haven't gotten a response to my last text or email. I would not use Jacob in the future as I got the feeling that his interest was not in us (the client) but in making quick money.

I highly recommend Mrs. Marchand for legal services. She is straightforward and will answer all your questions.

Upon reaching out, originally told me they could help and scheduled a free consultation. But, cancelled with only “ Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your case” 3 stars due lack of clarity. Once the consultation was on the calendar, I do expect for more of a reason as to “why” unable to assist after being told was able to assist.
