I feel like everyone was very professional and answered all my questions when I need answers. I would highly recommend Eberstein Witherite to anyone who is in a car wreck.

ERICA MENDOZA WAS A GREAT HELP FROM THE START TO FINISH. SHE MADE SURE THAT THE PROCESS WENT VERY SMOOTH AND EASY. I GOT MY CAR FIX AND ALL MY MEDICAL BILLS PAID. SHE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH CALLING ASKING QUESTIONS EVEN IF IT HAD NOTHING TO DUE WITH MY CASE. I RECOMMEND EBERSTEIN & WITHERITE IF YOU EVER HAVE A CAR WRECK. P.S. The entire staff was so patient and polite, and not to include always having answers to any qussrion I may had have during processs. Mr. Michael Smith was my point of contact during the process. Mr. Smith went above so I would like to say he's the 'Real Hero' he deserves a 10 star rating for his profesdionalism, patience and always having answers and being available to take my calls. Mr. Smith kept me informed of any changes as well. I will recommend Eberstine & Witherite to any one in need of good counsel in an truck or car accident!!

I would definitely refer Eberstein & Witherite. The Staff was great and very friendly the whole experience. From calling to check on me to letting me know every move they where making.. I appreciate the team that worked with me letting me know i didn’t need to be scared or worried! (Because i was) Even my trail was a breeze.. Thanks Eberstein & Witherite..
