Realy Quick Words of Advice 1. The process will take at least a year. AT LEAST 2. You get better results from them if you go to the office. Calling over the phone will get you nowhere. 3. It will seem like they are playing a waiting game with the paperwork. (submitting it to the insurance company who will be responsible) I did get the settlement amount I wanted with a little extra on top. It just took a while. I could have gotten more but I needed the money to pay off school. I didn't have another year to wait. I would rate them a 3.8 on a 5 scale. Not bad.

Today, I am thankful for the help Mr. Heald, who helped me with my case and stayed on top of what was needed to be done and all the staff at Eberstein and Witherite that worked on my case. They were not only compassionate about how life changing the event that took place was. This firm was wonderful about communicating and getting me the help that I needed for my physical condition and future concerns with my condition and I believe better than any insurance company would ever do which is the reason I contacted them. I'm so happy I did contact them. It started off as a terrible struggle but they sure helped me all the way through.

From day one, Hugo was so amazing that my sister was in a car wreck and I had no way of knowing that I was going to need Eberstein & Witherite for myself. I met him when my sister was involved in a wreck and we exchange numbers. 3 weeks later I had a wreck, so I called Hugo. When I called him he told me exactly what to do. From that step all the way my settlement, Eberstein and Witherite was amazing! Shelly, Diana, Regan and Kelly treated me like family. Once the wreck happened, it really set me back and I struggled several times with almost being put out of my apartment. But every time Eberstein and Witherite came through for me!
