Anyone going through a divorce with a child knows that it isn't something you've planned for and prays that they will receive what is in the best interest of their child. My divorce was amicable in the beginning and then things got messy. I was fortunate to have Chris Schmiedeke on my side during the entire process. The saying "you get what you pay for" is known by all for a reason. And I don't meant to say he's the most expensive attorney out there, but he was fair and just with me and knew the law, most importantly. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce, whether it is simple or complicated. In closing, I'll say this: How much is custody of your child worth to you?

The stress of a accident is more then enough to deal with. I dont know who the people are giving good reviews or who they are dealing with but the people im dealing with pn my case are mean heartless dont call you when they say they will make you feel stupid. Do not keep in contact you have to call and blow up there phone. No commincation. No personal connection. I wish I wasn't refered here.they only care about there percentage and there advertising and material things n there percentage. They dont care about you

SMOOTH AS SILK - Ten Years with my wife and the last two years were spent in misery before I filed for divorce with Chris. Chris handled my case knowing that I was miserable.
