I have nothing but great things to say about the Law Office of Chris Schmiedeke. His personnel were very polite, professional and very knowledgeable of the divorce procedures.
The first time I called they answered all the questions I had and allowed me enough time to start the proceedings. Besides that, the price is very reasonable and on top of that they also offer payment plans.
I am 120% satisfied for the services I received from Chris and his staff. I assure you that you will not be disappointed because he delivers what he says.

The people were very helpful in a very bad situation for me. Mr. Eberstein and Mrs. Witherite took a personal approach with my case. The team of Lawyers and Legal assistant were very informative and work with me all the way through the process. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

I have a great experience with Eberstein & Witherite. They was very helpful in walking me thru with the whole process. Every time I called and had a question about my case, they explained it in simple form so that I could understand what was going on. I like the fact how they reach out to check up on me, n made sure I was gud. They also put a big smile on my face with the total pay out... I have never been in a car wreck before. They help me get to and from doctors appointments, medication, loans if I needed it. It took awhile, but I Keosha Bonner wasn't so satisfied with my settlement, but it wasn't Erberstein & Whiterite's fault. It was the people who I was in a car wreck with. I would go to them again if I have to. Thank You so much for being patient with me. I wanna Thank Josh, Amy, Monica, Mikayla, Chris, Carol, and Mr. Erberstein for everything. If I have left anyone out.... Forgive me!

Attorney Schmiedeke's office provided prompt, courteous, and professional service. The fee schedule was fair and they did a good job explaining the different drafting options for the divorce decree and other potential orders that often accompany the decree. Their representation was appreciated and I recommend them to others interested in pursuing an uncontested divorce.

The experience at Eberstein Witherite LLP was 5 stars. We measure professionalism on more than winning cases which we are sure they do at a high rate but, making our case personal. We felt each contact from our assigned legal assistant (Deisy Valdez) to our attorney (Javier Gonzalez), that they invested in us like they would have a family member's best interest. We appreciate everyone that had a hand at the firm with our case.
