I would have to say that if you ever in a situation where you need to be represented by a company that will have your best interest at heart then Witherite Law Group is your best option, you won’t be disappointed.

Update: 11/1/24 This have been a nightmare frm the beginning to the end. Nobody know have to call back barely replying to emails I should have drop them because they don’t care about nobody but they pocket and every dog have its day. I only have good words for Veronica she was super sweet and understanding. Don’t do business with them if you want to feel like a number. To the reply frm Amy First off Christopher didn’t have my best interest only called me once’s the whole time. Only reason he called me because I call telling them to drop my case . So don’t come trying to convince me otherwise. He only called because I was about to take my case and handle it myself. I did all the work for him. He didn’t get the reports nor the evidence , but he did something I think not. And if you have anything you would like to discuss with me y’all got my number use it.! I wish I would have done my research better. It’s going on six months now and I feel like they playing in my face. I called asking about my case and if I could speak with the attorney that’s working my case. Yet nothing , this being a nightmare and I wish I would have done everything on my own because my attorney and team don’t have my best interests and it’s sad because I done the hard part of the case for him. I lost everything behind this accident and for them to do me like this is disappointing.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I hired this law group. I am so disappointed by the way I have been treated. The only person that actually spoke to me was the nurse. I don't get a call or a update. My car accident was a traumatic experience and now having to be treated like another number from a law group makes it worse.

From the pre litigation team led by Cassandra Enriquez to the litigation team led by Laura Andrade; I was assisted with every need and they made the process very smooth for me! I will definitely be recommending WLG to anyone who could use their services!

The consultation was very informative. I provided all the detailed information needed to pursue my divorce and other options if you do not have the financial stability to support this tedious journey.

Never returned my emails for consultation request. Edit: Finally responded to set up a consultation after poor review. Asked me to remove my review because Chris originally reposponded to me back at the end of August when I wasn't 100% ready to move forward. Now it is October and I wanted to move forward but this is when they did not respond. I do not believe this warrants a removal of my review.

Chelsea and her team did a great job assisting me throughout this entire process. They checked on me, they gave me details of what was to be expected, they put me in position to deal with all the circumstances that I was dealing with. They also sent me to some great doctors and therapists. This was my first counter with a lawyer and a team of lawyers and this team was super good and I am so appreciative of everything they provided me with during this time. Thank you to the best team Chelsea Underwood and her team!

Theirs no way I would’ve signed my name to anything if I read these reviews first. Cause everything these people saying is true. You would think they would be in contact with you instead of you constantly have to call them and they halfway answer or return your calls. I just don’t feel like they in my best interest you call they act like you getting on their nerves, rush you off the phone while you still asking questions. Like this has been a total nightmare for me. And I’ll keep y’all updated so far a no go
