DORTHY HYDE NEEDS TO DO BETTER I HIRED HER TO WORK MY CASE A MONTH AGO SHE DONT GIVE UPDATES ABOUT YOUR CASE I HAVE BEEN DONE WITH TREATMENTS. I CALLED IN TO LET HER OFFICE NO THEY ACT LIKE THEY NOTATE NEW INFORMATION U GIVE THEM BUT DO NOT ‼️ EVERYTIME I CALL THEY ASK THE SAME THING (ARE U DONE WITH TREATMENT) IT NEVERS FAIL. HER WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE I NEVER GOT A CALL ABOUT MY CASE IM ALWAYS HAVING TO CALL THE OFFICE ITS CRAZY BECAUSE SHE WAS HIRED TO DO THE JOB BUT NOT DOING NOTHING THIS IS VERY SAD BARRACUDA?😳🤣👎🏻 NO NOT AT ALL ‼️

I hired Dorothy and her team to handle a car accident for me and my daughter. 04Feb219 I never once spoke to her personally it was always her puppet informing me "Attonery Hyde is working diligently trying to get you a top offer " in the beginning her office would send me inspirational quotes and post cards, never a call from the attorney I hired ! Then the post cards stop, they started randomly sending text asking for pics of my car and any additional information I had. I would respond then nothing I would call and ask to speak with her and was told Mrs.Hyde is in court and to send her an email to a yahoo address which I did wow go figure no response. I look on google Mrs. Hyde response to complaints and reviews. Go look!!! A year and some months in they have top offer from Geico informed me 2 checks have been mailed to her a month ago and she is calling me to come to her office to pick it up. Then another text to send copies of my daughters birth certificate and ID wow it's been over a year I swear I provided this to them before. Go to her office. They tell me to meet them in the lobby ok so I the client is going to meet you the rep in the lobby. Ok you was paid 40% and a 450.00 retainer fee and I can't come to your office. You will issue me a check in the lobby. How rude and unprofessional never have I heard from this attonery and she isn't willing to allow her clients to come into her office. What a joke and a waste. I wouldn't recommend anyone with feelings and a sense of self worth and dignity to hire her staff.

Dorothy hyde is the best me and my wife came from another law firm that tried to take more of the settlement and accepting any kind of offer but we call dorothy and switched to her she got us more than in 4 months then 8 months the other attorney had I'm telling y'all I'm glad we made the switch she's good at what she do...dorothy thank you
