In May of 2019 I was riding my mountain bike away from Fort Worth on Rosedale. I was riding with traffic along the side of the street. A was alerted by a Fort Worth Police Officer who advised me not to ride on the street, told to get off the street and ride on the sidewalk. I immediately got on the sidewalk. I was riding downhill. Right before 600 Rosedale as I was starting to go underneath a railroad overpass before I realized what happened I and my bike went down and I landed hard on my right side slamming my right elbow into the concrete. I was embarrassed and I got up and looked around. The water, green, slimy and nasty smelling. I followed the origin of the running water and it was coming down from a hill and from underground. There were huge ruts in the ground going up the hill. A representative for the law office of Dorothy Hyde came to my house and had me sign papers hiring her office to represent me in the injury case. On about 2 weeks ago , 3 months before the 2 year dead line is due reguarding the statue of limitation expiration. I received a phone call and 2 days later from the Dorothy Hyde Law Firm saying that she would be withdrawing from representing me in this personal injury case. Stating that the city of Fort Worth is denying the accident happened and that the City of Fort Worth has Government Immunity. I am not Happy with Dorothy Hyde due to her failing to represent me in the manner she agreed to and as she so adamantly advertises. " BEWARE" IF YOU HIRE HER.!!

Ms. Hyde took my case never called me abt my case, sent me prayers every month, pretended like she was doing my case for me, no information about my case, no paper work about my case. Also o. Top of all that she Constantly lied to me, never recieved my money from my accident with walmart.

I’m Daniel A client this is a bad company they’re telling me my claim is ongoing Through offers and reductions just today and I’ve talk to the other insurance company and my claim has been closed for over a month and they have my check and refuse to send it

They do not return calls , they are rude , and they try to low ball you. Not a professional place

I had a store accident and I reached out to Ms. Hyde, she took on my case immediately explain all the details to me and assigned me a service ref. she worked very hard to get me paid and my medicals bills paid and my physical therapy treatment. and if your are seeking an attorney I would suggest this law firm for any slip and fall and/or accident!

After agreeing to provide services and keeping my end of the agreement she has failed to pay for services rendered. After many broken promises she still has not made good on her part of our agreement.

Amazing! Truly changed my life and helped me when I really needed it! Such a STRONG WOMAN!
