"Fiduciary" never once in 2.5 yrs. called to speak w/me nor did anyone from the office contact to give updates or offer any consolation whatsoever. In fact the "fiduciary" didn't/couldn't even recognize my alias after TWO YEARS & 6 MONTHS. Settlement was far better for "them" than for me. Clements & Clements policy is to never leave w/ more than the client. Barracuda indeed !
