Excellent! Definitely would recommend. Our family had a roll over car wreck. 4 of us involved. Lots of medical and other confusing details. Dorothy Hyde and her staff were always available for questions and were super attentive in our stress. It was important to us that this matter be handled fairly and morally responsible. They did not disappoint!

I highly recommend The Law Office of Dorothy Hyde! I called and it was almost time for them to close, but the receptionist was very patient with me. She took all my information and was very thorough, and didn’t rush me. The very next morning I received a call from the attorney and was able to meet with him that evening! They were very detailed in explaining the process and made me confident they had my best interest at heart! I would recommend this firm to anyone!

Do NOT use this law firm. They have purposely lost 2 of my last cases. I have used Dorthy Hyde for over 17 years. The last 5 she hasn't been doing quality work. Her associate Ms Erlena forgot my DP in the contract agreement so I wasn't even being represented for that. I didn't find out until 3 months later. I dropped the company asap. The last case they put no effort in and it went on for 2 years for nothing. Sad

To say they had a year to work on my case, no one has attained a video footage of the accident to verify that I was not in the wrong because the other party is denying the claim due to no cooperation of their client, which is absurd. Especially when there is a police report and several eye witnesses. Then for a representative to tell me they are back up due to my accident taking place in the beginning of COVID-19 so I would experience the same results with another company with the case being delayed, I highly doubt it. I pray I never have another accident because I WILL NOT USE THEM AT ALL. Poor service from the representatives in the office and I have never heard from Dorothy Hyde herself so it’s like she’s a ghost. Definitely can’t wait until this settlement is over!!!

Wishing I had some of the awesome experiences, I've never met Dorothy Hyde or had any contacts with her.. my case is an out of town case. I've contacted Dorothy Hyde and left messages still nothing. Those people she has working for her are rude and paid liars..I was transferred three different times today, last I spoke with Kimberly and she disconnected the call. This causes more injury.I do not recommend!

Unprofessional. Worst lawyer ever, in my opinion. How do you lose a case where a person is hit from the back? Not good
