A one star is too much to give, I was rear-ended back in 2019, I only learned that my case was closed by the insurance through a letter with the settlement amount, October 2023, ever since I'm getting the run around, I've never heard of anyone insured in an accident and the insurance cut a check, but won't pay medical bills, however they took 90% of the check between the lawyer fees and the medical, then Rodrick said he dropped off the cheque @ the mailing service, I asked for a tracking number back in November, he said to call the office, when I called the office, they said they will need to call Rodrick, it's now January 2nd and no one is still able to find Rodrick or my cheque, I would never recommend this firm to anyone!

They hire anybody here just based on whether or not their family member/fake mother-in- law or friend recommended them. As a result of this unprofessionalism, there are a lot of under qualified people working there who do not know what they are doing and are very rude and incredibly ghettoriffic. I also found out they once hired a woman with theft on her record.

I can’t say enough great things about Dorothy and her team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She was always there to answer any questions I had, & made what is a very stressful & difficult time the least stressful it could be. She really cares about her clients & what’s best for them.
