Bret did an outstanding job representing our company in a real estate acquisition/development deal. With several issues at hand, being part of a larger mixed-use development, the transaction was complicated and commanded legal knowledge mostly that expected of an attorney specializing exclusively in real estate transactions. Bret is not only very well versed in real estate transactions but his field of practice is much broader including litigation. He has represented me in other transactions as well. Katie TEAM is worth your money and time!! Give her what she needs to help out your case. Don’t be too needy, trust them THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. LET them do what they do best WORK FOR YOU!!! Going through my first divorce has been a challenge for me, but NOT with the Katie Team. You should see Katie Lewis in the court room!! She owned it.
