HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My fiancé had a very complicated case with getting his E2 status due to an old attorney that did not submit the needed papers which leads to get the denial twice. This gave us ZERO hope that we can fix it. However, Martin and his team did a GREAT job trying to get his status back! He helped us apply for the NPT which solved our situation. absolutely horrible law firm. You will have no support no one will be able to answer any of your questions. they always call me to verify if they are paying the correct trustee when THEY should already know. Currently in the middle of trying to get my property back in my name - this company had no idea that someone changed my property over to another name nor can they help rectify the situation. I will be so glad when I am done with this law firm. DO NOT GO HERE. ***I'd like to add that someone from this firm texted me last night being VERY combative with me about my review. I wish they'd spend more energy actually helping me with my case than going back and forth with me via text. @Google do not take my comment down. Thank you !! In addition to the late text I received, the following day, someone else reached out to me to inform me that my payments would increase for the beginning of May - mind you, they told me this on May 24th.. They told me my fees would be 823.00/mnth and said they would be taking 379.70 out my acct (that only equals 759.70) so their math is all off. This has been a horrible experience. I hope this provides insight.

I feel this is a ripoff. Honestly its not worth what they are charging. Secondly most of the time they were rude when asking a question as if youre getting on their nerves. I'm still paying them $250 a month for something i could of filed myself. They get your money and you NEVER hear from them again to even so how the process went. I'm in need of a car but cant get one because I'm still paying fees for a job that only took them maybe 3 hours to do. FILE YOUR YOUR OWN PAPERWORK AND SAVE YOURSELF $3500

From the beginning I have been in and out of court because paperwork wasn’t filed right. I only had a car and rent a wheel in it to pay back along with trustee and lawyer fees and my payments went up 3 times to where it was impossible to make monthly payments plus other bills and cost of living. My case has been dismissed due to all of this and I’m more hopeless now than I was before I filed. I was set up for failure from the beginning when the paperwork wasn’t filed right and the payments went up.

If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer, look no further! No, we have not been to many immigration lawyers, but we are so thankful to have found this firm. They work hard and effortlessly! Rodrigo is a great paralegal! They are very fast in working with putting documents together, they are very responsive. They have a great team of people working in this firm.
