After the meeting was over my wife and I knew that he was the right person for the job. Outstanding Immigration Firm! Chavez and Valko has handled several of my H1-B petitions and most recently got my PERM Labor Certification approved. They have done an outstanding job in each of my cases but particularly in my PERM which used experience from my current employer for my new position which I understand is more difficult than normal PERM process. Mr. Valko and his team did a fantastic job advising my employer on how to handle the case correctly. They responded to an audit in the case from the Department of Labor, and a few months later, my PERM was certified. Also, my employer recently got acquired by a larger firm and that added another layer of difficulty to my case. In summary, Mr. Valko has done an excellent job in each of my cases and I strongly recommend him, the staff and his firm to anybody interested in immigration services.
