My case was somewhat involved since there was a need to handle the CSPA scenario too for my elder daughter. I am very satisfied for the service provided by Mr. Valko and his team. They helped me to obtain the H1b visa. This year, it was expected that the lottery would be held for H1b petitions. So, it was very important to submit a petition on the first week of the application opening (staring April 1st). However, due to some circumstance, I had to ask a lawyer to prepare my visa petition less than two weeks before the opening day. It takes a long time to nurture and work towards a dream and a few minutes to shatter. This is pretty much what happened in my case. I grew up with a dream of settling down in this wonderful country as a young child and I pursued this dream further with my application of employment based green card. I ensured that all my I’s were dotted and T’s crossed when I switched employments and still was rewarded by an undated letter from immigration services stating that my application was denied. i read about chavez and valko via google reviesws. at this time was looking for an attorney since the one i had was not helpful at all. i could never get hold of him and could never answer most important questions that i needed help with. i went to the office and met up with one of the attorneys from the firm, Mr Gary Frost. Now where do i even start from? After a couple of minutes into the meeting i already knew i was in good hands. i was i removal proceedings but on top of that my case was one of those complicated ones that when you hear about, it sounded more like a movie than real life. but mr Frost agreed to take my case anyway and there we started to work. Honestly I don’t like so much this kind of reviews but in this case I’m really proud to write it, because everyone need to hear that Martin Valko and his firm is incredible. He is professional, efficient and he has a lot of patience. We have been living in Dallas since 6 months ago and Martin Valko and his team help us to get the E-1 visa. Mr. Valko and his paralegal, Jessica Morales, assisted my husband and I with my change of status (I-485). I was on a F1 visa prior to my adjustment of status.
