My employer hired Martin Valko with Chavez and Valko LLP 4 years ago to handle my case of obtaining permanent residence through employment. Every document in this extensive multi-step process was filed accurately in a very timely manner with a minimum participation on my part. I never had to send a reminder—the documents for every step were filed before I had to check the status. To any question I had had throughout this process I was receiving an e-mail response within an hour. My H1-B extension was obtained well in advance the dead line to give me enough flexibility for travelling and keeping my work authorization and driver’s license in order. I went through my K-1 visa and process of adjustment of status with Martin Valko and his legal team. To say the least, hiring an immigration lawyer was 100% worth it, it saved us from so much stress and headache. More than that, it was extremely important to find a specialist that we could trust and rely on. And it's not even a financial matter, it is knowing that going through a process that is very important for us as a family and which we knew nothing about and felt like "blind kittens", there is someone who you can depend on and trust handling it professionally. Martin Valko was great to work with on my P-1 visa extension. Not only does he communicate in a timely manner, he ensures to cross every T and dot every I with your application. They even assisted in processing the application on a Saturday to have my application was processed within the time frame of my upcoming I-94 expiration. Their attention to detail enabled my extension to be approved within five business days! Something I have never heard of with USCIS applications! one of the best attorney I can say, my case was so critical I was going here and there to find good attorney and I mate so many attorney,90% of attorney I mate they don't wanna take my case and some of them wanna take the case but they want big amount of money which I cant afford. Words cannot begin to express how pleased I was with the work that Chavez & Valko as a firm and Gary Frost (and his Paralegal, Jannet Dominguez) did for my family. We came to Chavez & Valko with our backs against the wall -- our previous attorney really put us in a bind, dropped the ball, missed the first Master Calendar Hearing. We were facing the real possibility that my dad would be removed. We threw up a Hail Mary and called Chavez & Valko only 4 days before the second Master Calendar Hearing.
