From the beginning I have been in and out of court because paperwork wasn’t filed right. I only had a car and rent a wheel in it to pay back along with trustee and lawyer fees and my payments went up 3 times to where it was impossible to make monthly payments plus other bills and cost of living. My case has been dismissed due to all of this and I’m more hopeless now than I was before I filed. I was set up for failure from the beginning when the paperwork wasn’t filed right and the payments went up.

I’m responding to his response from the review. I hope customers can read his responses and see how unprofessional he is. Look at how he goes and exposes a clients personal case information to make himself look less like a crook….demanding someone take my case seriously isn’t a crime but it’s his job to do his job. I never threatened a lender this is libel and anything we’ve discussed is client attorney privileged…so clearly he breaks the law. So please just look at his public response to my review on his services…it speaks VOLUMES

Mr. Leinart was very informal in the voice memo he sent in response to the questions that I had. He cleared up some preconceived notions about certain aspects of bankruptcy that I was curious about and overall seems to be a pretty knowledgeable guy. After all he is a lawyer. I would say he holds back in response which is a responsible thing to do because these are sensitive subjects, but what he said was clear.

Do not use ! They don’t do what the promise and then put the blame on others. I have email documentation of where they dropped the hall multiples times.
They do not communicate or explain any of this process so if it’s your first time you are pretty much in the dark.
Run run as fast as you can. You don’t want to live the nightmare these people have put me through
No need to respond because if you look at others reviews it’s the same. No communication and not doing as promised and of course y’all won’t take blame for anything

They have a very straightforward bankruptcy process it was affordable it was quick, and it was convenient. If you’re looking to file bankruptcy in Texas, and you want a seamless process, this would be the law firm to go to.
