paralegals treat you as if you are in litigation with them, and you’re not the client. Extremely difficult to work with. Benjamin should definitely work on customer service skills and listening to his clients needs and wants. Erica should work better at communication with the head attorney and client so everyone is on the same page. It has been a struggle to get a refund back for no work performed. The worst 16 hours I’ve spent dealing with a law firm. Cannot recommend these guys. They are cheap but you truly get what you pay for. Beware.

The level of help and professionalism this company has displayed as been phenomenal! You actually get to talk to a real person and not just through email and mail like some other companies that shall remain nameless. Mr. Leinart was very helpful and thorough in answering my legal questions. He took time to verify that I knew every detail that he felt I needed to know in order to make a sound decision. He was able to give legal advice at the kindergarten level to make sure he wasn't talking over my head. You can tell that he cares about his clients and wants them to understand all the steps and the ramifications of my choices. I truly feel that Mr. Leinart cares about his clients. I would highly recommend Mr. Leinart to anymore needing legal assistance.

While bankruptcy status isnt easy, the team here makes the process very smooth. I had the best experience due to their professionalism, accessibility and honesty.
