I have worked with Austin and his outstanding team for close to 8 years now. Each time I am further impressed by the responsiveness, professionalism, and service level that The Pennington Firm operates at. They are always willing to step in and provide proper guidance when needed. In every case that I have worked with them on they are extremely communicative and transparent. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this firm to anyone needing legal advice or representation of any kind.

I hired The Pennington Law Firm to represent me in my divorce. At first my case was being handled by a junior associate. She never returned calls and was always out of the office. Four days before mediation I was freaking out because I knew she was unprepared. That's when Austin stepped in to 'save the day". He was just a money grabbing POS. During mediation he found out that my husband had a $40,000 account. Austin wanted me to sign legal documents for him to go after ALL that money and put it in a trust. As we all know, when an attorney gets ahold of $$, they will work it out to keep that money. I would not agree to this tactic so he filed legal documents asking the court to dismiss him as my attorney on grounds I was unwilling to follow his advice! There was never a positive experience with this firm. My advice is to RUN!

I was referred to them. As a lawyer if a family is in distress and you can't take their case and won't explain, maybe do a service to the public and point them in the right direction. Lady that answers calls wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't take our case and who or what type of lawyer I should look for, then hangs up because im not cheerful about the news. I feel you have a duty to help the public.

I had a very serious felony charge in Dallas County that I was innocent of. I interviewed with several other lawyers in Dallas and chose Warren Abrams to represent me because of his experience as a chief prosecutor for Dallas County along with his son’s (Joshua Abrams) experience as a Federal Prosecutor. They are super-lawyers, beating difficult cases on a daily basis. As criminal defense attorneys they have the record in Texas and it shows. They believed in me, supported me, and by following their direction I was not indicted and the charges were dropped. I have full faith and confidence in Warren Abrams and Joshua Abrams to help anyone out there that truly wants GREAT representation and to feel heard. They will get you the result you need. Best attorneys in Dallas hands down and probably the best lawyers in Texas.

If you want a firm that overcharges and doesn’t communicate, then this is the firm for you. My cousin is using them for her divorce and has had the worst experience with them ever. The only time she hears from anyone or knows what is going on with the case is when she reaches out. When she finally speaks to someone (3 weeks/a month later), all they do is ask for more money. This should have been an open and shut case as both parties have moved on and have already sold their house. All she wanted was to get her car back. It has now been 5 months, no communication, more and more money, and no results. When she finally got frustrated and asked them what they were doing differently that a $500 divorce lawyer would do, they responded with, and I quote, “nothing.” When she asked why they keep asking for money, the response was, “because we are a high end firm.” So basically, they believe they are entitled to money for no results. They are now trying to take it to mediation for you guessed it, more money! She should not be this frustrated with her own lawyers.

Austin and his team are knowledgeable and honest. They are responsive and work quickly. Austin walks you through all of your options, answers questions thoroughly and provides results. Thank you!!!
