Sorely disappointed with this law firm. I hired Mr. Pennington to represent me in a divorce/child custody and support case back in July/August of 2016. His retainer was on the high end of the market. Mr. Pennington represented me until March of 2017, during which time he became less and less responsive and he encouraged me to mediate/settle to my very great regret. Never even finished the divorce. I have since hired another lawyer who finished the divorce and is helping me to get what I should have gotten to begin with. Her retainer is less than a third of his. She literally laughed when she read the settlement agreement that Mr. Pennington had assured me was "fair". Since Mr. Pennington is no longer part of the Luce law firm where I first posted this review, I felt it incumbent upon me to try to save other future "clients" (aka victims) the hell that I went through.
