Did not even attempt to get my husband's ticket dismissed before accepting Deferred Adjudication and Defensive Driving. He was retained on February 13th due to the fact we were unable to secure a copy of the crash report from the police department so could not reasonably form a pro-se defense (represent himself). After explaining the situation to Mr Tkach, we were assured that he understood the pointless and frivolous tickets that the City of Arlington issued and that it would be handled. Today, we were informed that it wasn't dismissed and that my husband would have to pay a fine ($40 off the original fine - WOW!) and take defensive driving, on top of having paid $75 for this terrible defense. We've already filed a formal grievance with the State Bar of Texas and suggest that anyone else suffering from this poor representation does so as well. It won't change the outcome of your case, but it will stop others being abused and misrepresented.

AVOID this attorney unless you like deceptive businesses. I paid $400 for them to go to court and negotiate nothing. I received a Deferred Adjudication and need to pay $1000 in 45 days. I could have done that and probably better. I repeatedly had to send the same documents to them for reasons unknown, I'm assuming they lost them or just too lazy to look at the previous emails.

If directed by tvc or wanting to handle a traffic citation stay away! Handle it yourself or hire another firm! I've used them 3 times and in every time all they offer is to reduce the balance plead guilty or for them to be fired and hire another firm to go to trial with completely useless and waste of money even when I had evidence to prove my innocence they wouldnt do anything for me! Apparently I paid alot of money so they wouldnt show up to court. Also on my first time with them they never called the court so I had a warrant for my arrest. Be aware!

Easy experience. Very little paperwork I had two tickets taken care of from them. Traffic tickets in Dallas, TX. They got them both dismissed and the fines minimized with very little needed from me time wise. They handled everything.

This is a very unprofessional law firm the staff are very rude we spoke to someone who’s going by Claudia Perez who text my husband on a Sunday stating some paperwork needs to be signed and she swears that she sent the paperwork for my husband to sign on the 13 of December neither me or my husband received any paperwork to sign the only paperwork we received from them was the receipt on the 13th were we paid them 300$ so I tell this person on the phone to resend the paperwork and we will sign it upon looking at the paperwork all the paperwork was blank they wanted my husband to sign first so they can put whatever they want in the blank spaces including where the money signs are Nono Honey we don’t sign blank forms over here for you to pull the same BS that everyone else is complaining about it’s mighty ironic how everyone with a bad review on them have the same complaint don’t give these people your money also he uses his employees to give him 5 stars
