If I could give no stars I would. I hired them from some old tickets way in 2020 that I knew nothing about trying to get my drivers license renewed I reached out to them. Of course paid my money for them to get my tickets thrown out only for them to stop responding to me. I continued to call to find out information because they never reached out to find out that they can’t do nothing about the ticket, but I called the court house all I have to do is send proof of insurance… DO NOT HIRE THEM THEY DO NOTHING

This law office is the absolute worst. They do not contact you for months. I had a speeding ticket that has turned into a warrant because I “missed court dates” that I was not aware of. They had no idea why and can’t answer any of my questions. They took so much of my money when I could have just went to court and paid it myself. Do not hire them, they are soooooo bad. I feel like this office is truly a scam just collecting money.

Do Not Hire them!!! Total scam! It is cheaper to just plead guilty and pay the court. If you go through them, you will still be guilty but they will 'negotiate' a HIGHER fee, plus you will pay please do not trust them 😡

I received a Speeding Citation on the first day I moved back to Texas trying to get away and move over from some douche driver tailgating me. I got pulled over and of course the officer didn’t care. Having a commercial license I couldn’t afford a speeding ticket on my record. Like others on here I did and may have paid more than what was necessary but in the end the office of Todd E. Tkatch was able to negotiate my citation to not appear on my driving record which was my desired result plus the convenience of not having to take a day off work to have to handle any of this. So I’m happy.

Hired this team on a ticket. I wasn't let down. It was a misdemeanor assault.

Don't even. This firm is a damn joke. Collusion and kickbacks says it all. He went to court on our behalf and did nothing. Clowns. What a waste of money. I could have just paid the fine and been done with it. His "negotiations" were worthless. Everyone got kickbacks from this ticket, including this firm. RUN.
