Marks Scott is hands-down best criminal defense attorney in the state of Texas . I had past felony convictions as well as time served in Texas department of corrections. I was arrested four times over 11 months and Was facing 12 felony possession charges. Not only did Mark get me a probation , he got me deferred probation ! Marks talent combined with a relentless work ethic gives you the best possible chance for a positive resolution on your case .

I was referred to Scott from a co-worker who had spoken very highly of him. Upon contact, he knew all sides of the law as where many I had called did not. It gave us the confidence we were looking for when retaining an attorney. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend!!

I really have no words to express what Mark Scott has done for me and my family. We are very thankful for all his hard work and effort that he put in our case.
