This man is an absolutely Brilliant Attorney. After three attorneys wouldn't take my case because they weren't 100% positive that they could prevail, Mr Mackenzie took me, and had my charges dropped in fairly short order. - [ ] First of all, just let me say that I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Mark Scott, he is one of the greatest Lawyers that I have worked with. I was charged with a DWI case back in July, Mark Scott was able to get the DWI charge reduced down to a reckless driving charge which was the best case scenario for my particular situation. I only had to go to court a few times. Mark took care of everything. I called Mark and I told him all the details of the case, from listening to my story he immediately identified several key factors that would work in favor of my defense, we spoke for about 30 minutes during the initial phone consultation. He impressed me way more than the other attorneys that I contacted . Mark was the exact level of personal attention that I needed for case. the attention that he paid to my case was extraordinary. Anytime I talked to him he was 100% focused on my case. He was very focused on every detail that I told him and I was extremely confident right off the bat that he was the right attorney and that would fight the hardest for me. Right from the initial phone consultation Mark immediately started digging into my case and asked all of the pertinent questions and immediately started identifying his strategy for how he would approach my case. Mark’s attentiveness and expert level knowledge is what impressed me about him. He went through the police report with a fine tooth comb and immediately identified several key factors that would help my case, he consulted with several expert witnesses and built the absolute strongest argument possible, my case never even went to court, he built such a strong argument that he was able to get the prosecution to agree to reduce the charges before the trial. Choose literally anybody else. There’s a lot of turnover at this office, which may hurt your case. The individuals doing the case work do not seem to communicate with each other. I don’t believe the newly hired counsel very knowledgeable, issues with misprounouncing common words which may weaken your case or make communication during negotiation less effective. If you have a something other than immigration, consider other counsel. The last lawyer I had was Deonte, and after several back and forth calls to the company we were negotiating with, it eventually became clear that he was a very ineffective communicator, and my case was suffering because of it. I had to move on to find another person who wasn’t having as many problem with pronounciation or communication. After they had already collected my fee. Like they were happy to without actually resolving the issue. Update: Jasmit has taken on the case personally and is resolving the issue. I have not heard from Deonte but am happy that Jasmit has contacted the company and has kept me updated along the way. This has given me peace of mind to know that this matter will be resolved soon. The matter was resolved.
