I did a phone appointment with Nick and we spoke for around 15-20 minutes and he gave me the information I needed in a highly professional, no nonsense manner to handle the issue I was dealing with and did not charge me for his time. I was willing to pay and he refused to take payment. 5 star service no doubt!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after hearing a recent commercial from this law office, I felt compelled to share my experience. I reached out to Nick’s team hoping for guidance to resolve an IRS issue. After paying $5,500, I expected solid advice and actionable steps. Instead, the main recommendation I received was to file my past tax returns – something I could have done on my own. They even suggested that divorcing my new spouse might help lower my income. Overall, I saw absolutely no return on my investment, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone in the DFW area.

Met with Nick Nemeth about a difficult tax issue. He wasn't able to help with my perticular issue, but took the time to explain all my options and a best course of action I could pursue outside his services. I wasn't able to use his services this time, but I plan on using him in the future for tax prep and peace of mind.

You need to call the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth if you’re ever on the receiving end of any nasty IRS correspondence. He didn’t try to sell me his services. He instead told me my best solution during the free consultation. It was something I could do myself. Make sure to be honest and provide as much information as possible so he can make the best recommendation. We have work to do but after talking to Nick, I know the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t a train.

I had a tax question related to Social Security deduction. I reached out to them on a Monday. By Tuesday at noon, I had my answer. I highly recommend this law firm!

I needed help with the IRS. It was during a the time of Covid and after when the IRS was low on staff and made many posting errors. Not only did Jamie and her whole team help me, words are not adequate on how much they did. They care! Hands down! They battled and assisted me with the IRS with misposted payments by the IRS over and over, which made my account a mess. They helped me get a payment plan together and worked to get penalty and interest removed. I couldn't be more grateful for all the work they did. The IRS made it harder than it had to be but they didn't give up. My business was in the middle of an audit when I contacted Nick Nemeth. I had been representing myself up until that point. That was a huge mistake that I made, and I wish that I would have called them from the beginning of the audit. I am long overdue to thank the entire staff at the Law Office of Nick Nemeth. This journey I have been on started well over 10 years ago. I made some bad choices before I sought help from Nick. I chose a tax resolution firm out of state and after years of nothing to show except precious money going to their retainer fees I decided to reach out to Nick's office. Wish I would have done that from the start. I signed the POA and they took charge and got my personal taxes completely down to zero owed. Not bad, since the irs claimed that I owed 7 figures. Once that was done, they jumped on the issue with 941 taxes I could not pay when my business was going under. They got me on a 12 month payment plan of 1,200 a month for a year on a liability of over 6 figures. They have been a real life savior for me and my family. Been able to get back on my feet and have a good outlook for what the future brings. If you have any doubts about hiring them to resolve your irs problems, my experience with them gives me the ability to tell you to hire them, quickly get what they needed and your life will get better.
