Worked with Joseph on the Nick Nemeth team and he is an absolute Rockstar! We had 2 years of terrible tax filling that we needed fixing before IRS came after us! They worked patiently with us to file amended tax returns and got the whole thing resolved within 1 year! They were available when you had questions or needed any updates. I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I have any issues with IRS; I know who I'm going to call!

I was being audited for two calendar years. I paid my accountant a retainer to handle what should have been a simple resolution. My account got sick and never filed. Although she said she was handling it never did. I was at a loss. With 5 days left to file a protest and file for tax court I was referred the the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth. They quickly filed necessary documents to keep my case current. And eventually resolved my case resulting in me owing the IRS $0.00. Before hiring NN I was miserable. But NN and staff were assuring, informative professional and ON IT!!! There’s no better feeling than having NN on your side when dealing with the IRS. I can’t recommend them strongly enough. They worked with my budget and treated me with utmost respect. Constant updates and case status till the day it was resolved. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!

He then told me I didn’t need to hire a tax attorney but would guide me on how to solve my issue. I must confess I was stunned!! We needed help in correctly a return from 2019 that was causing all kinds of havoc. While I was warned it would take a good stretch to get this all completed, I was kept informed along the way, the whole time. In the end, the IRS accepted our correction and we were able to move forward. The Law Offices of Nick Nemeth have very friendly staff and worked diligently to help us submit the correct information. I hope I never need them again, but if I did or someone else I knew needed an IRS Attorney, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office.

I called to see if they could help reduce some penalties and fees. The person I spoke with told me it might be counterproductive for them to take my case since their feels would likely equal the amount of penalty/interest abatement. I decided to pass on moving forward but was so happy to hear a legal team, or any business for that matter, who has that much integrity. I feel most others would likely try to take my money anyway.
