Very disappointing, we went with the firm due to the good ratings but I honestly felt we waisted a whole year and money for nothing, if it wasn’t for us pushing the requests for updates, we would probably been longer. And when we finally able to meet, basically said he had waisted his time with us. I know every case is not a good case but the least that you expect is updates and good service since you paying for it.
