I Have to say that working with Mr. Peneda and his Team was the best experience ever, they made my case very smooth and short, they took case of everything for me, I only had to do like 30% of the Job by collecting all the material and they took care of the rest, it was easy; every time that I needed an advice they all were there for me, 100% recommended.

Mr. Pineda has helped my aunts and uncles my parents and siblings, our 6 year adventure started when we were introduce to him by family. Those long 6 years was not cause of his fault, was due to lack of training the immigration officers had, deniying my case more then one time for the same reason, didn't matter how much information i gave on my waiver, was never enought. But the Pineda crew didnt give up neither did we, everytime we went back after a deniel they had a plan b ready for me. Finally when we caught a break, they were with me everyday, literally i called them everyday from mexico when i went to take care of my stuff. If it weren't for Mr Jose Pineda and his dedicated staff at his law firm my husbands long ordeal with the immigration of 12 years would have never ended! Yes it took us a long 12 years but it wasn't due to his mistakes it was because we were tossed from one person to the next and fell through the cracks of the system and if it wasn't of the hard dedication and the passion of Mr Pineda for immigration our family would not be here together as we speak! Mi nombre es Yesenia Zamarron, soy Ciudadana gracias al abogado SR Jose pineda. Mi caso fué un caso muy dificil que ningun abogado quizó tomar. No tenia esperanzas en arreglar ya que con todos los abogados alos que iba mw decias que yo Jamas podria arreglar. Y no me di por vencida y segue en busca, asta que un familiar me recomendo al SR Jose pineda y asi fur como comenzo mi historia. Ise cita y el me recivio y fue quien me dio esperanzas y revizó mi caso, diciendo SI SE PUEDE! Pense al momento que seria algo dificil pero no imposible. Pasaron los meses y despues de tantas citas, y tanto tiempo invertido al fin mI illucion llego, me abia llegado mi carta de cita ala ceremonia, en la cual yo ya abia sido aseptada como Ciudadana.
