‼️‼️They have yet to reach out to give my family a refund after their lawyers did nothing on their end to help my father. PLEASE DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THE OR HIRE THEM!!!! Any other immigration lawyer will do!! HIGHLY SUGGEST MARTINEZ LAW!

AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COST! The lawyers at the firm were not proactive in handling my case and I had to repeatedly follow up with them to get updates on the status of my case. Even then, they were not forthcoming with information and I often felt like they were not fully invested in my case. Additionally, the firm was quick to send reminders about payments, but they were not as diligent about following up on the progress of my case. This made me question their priorities and whether they truly had my best interests at heart. Overall, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone looking for reliable and competent legal representation. They are not a firm that you can trust to handle your legal cases with the care and attention that they deserve. It is clear that they are more interested in collecting fees than in providing quality service to their clients. To shed some more color on our case. Even after scheduling a meeting to present evidence and address how inefficiently they were handling our case they charged 2 hours of lawyer and paralegal fees of $700 total for their time. They constantly gave us roundabouts and never truly dedicated the 10 hours of work they claimed they completed for us. Most of the work done were calls which we made to emphasize their shortcomings. All in all we did not get a refund despite all we had to endure, we put our trust with them and our valuable time in their hands. The billed about half of the total contract fees from 10 hours and the only actual work they did was send one letter to indicate they were my family's lawyers and one actual curtesy call. I write this so that another family does not go through the same thing. --- No recomendaría esta firma de abogados a nadie! No manegaron bien nuestro caso y no fueron sinceros. La consulta es muy dirferente a como sera su experiencia. No nos manteníeron informados y trataban nuestras llamadas como un estorbo. SI BUSCA UN ABOGADO CONFIABLE, NO ES ESTE. Espero que esto les ayude en su busqueda de ayuda legal.
