Processing papers through them with my husband. The paralegals never answer their phone. I’ve been switched to 3 different paralegals in the 4-5 we’ve been with them. And we’ve paid everything and said we only need the lawyer to confirm and send documents. They have not done that and a month has passed We are starting be very skeptical on their honesty towards the immigration group.
