We just closed on a home with Independence Title and had a great experience. Tracy was so responsive to every question we had and the day of the close went very smooth. I highly recommend Independence Title and specifically the south Dallas branch. Pro tip: if you arrive early there's even a nice taqueria in the basement. 🌮👍
