Steve was patient and kind while guiding us. Making Wills/Trusts etc can be emotionally draining. He helped us understand the best options for us and how to navigate through some difficult decisions. He answered all of our questions without judgement. His assistant, Richard was also key in keeping us focused with reminders of what we needed to do next and kept us on track with making the necessary appointments! They are the best!
