Ensley Benitez law firm is representing a company that has altered my independent contractor agreement. They refuse to communicate or answer any questions when I ask WHY my contract was altered. They are fraudulent people that you cannot trust.

We used Jeff Springer with McCullough Mediation to mediate a case pending in Denton County. Prior to mediation, the parties had significantly different views about the merits of their respective positions. Jeff worked diligently to get the matter resolved.

Mike McCullough always does his homework when considering a case and potential outcomes. His willingness to do the work and understand the issues is the hallmark of a great mediator. You should look no further.

They take the side of the corporate defendant and question the integrity of the plaintiff. At that level, arbitration is a waste of time and a flat out joke.
