Muy mal servicio, perdi tiempo y dinero con estos abogados, cuando llamas no saben donde estan los documentos, siempre te dicen te llamamos mas tarde y nunca solucionan nada NADA RECOMENDADO PERDERAN DINERO Y MUCHO TIEMPO CON ELLOS. Ellos siempre sentiran que hacen bien el trabajo pues estan haciendo su dinero.

Never available to answer questions. Always have to leave a message but take days to call back and pass your case between people with out even asking.

I pay 5000 $ but 7 mounth I don't take help. And they are my mail turn back. This is not good!!

6 months waiting on the national visa center and it turns out that they were waiting on the attorney to send the papers. 6 MONTHS!

Very poor costumer service dont waste your time and your money they dont even know to do their own job because they did not do their job how should ne my sister is now an step from being deported, same like me dont go over here listening what im said DONT GO right now we are in a very critical situation witj USA government because of them I dont want you have the same experience, I will take both cases my sister's case and my to the last consequence. And if it is necessary to the state bar of Texas but they will have to pay whay they did to us and our family, it is not just a simple deportation they had put our life in a big risk, we could even be killed if we get deported and they simple dont care of course if not any of their family members they just care about the money and thay is all, DONT GO, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE TBEY WILL NOT HELP YOU HOW IT SHOULD BE.

Please as previous reviews have mentioned don’t go to this law firm take your money elsewhere where you will be appreciated and your case will be worked on in a timely manner. You have to speak to a paralegal for all matter concerning your case they are unprofessional takes weeks to even get a call back and sound like they don’t want to be there. It takes months for them to even filled your paper this was a complete waste of time and money. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

My experience was terrible with them. They are very unprofessional and did not represent my family member like they should’ve. The money spent was not worth the lawyer. They should be humiliated by their work ethic and not being prepared at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!! Please look somewhere else. Your money is better spent somewhere else.

First appointment, no one came to meet me. Waited for 40 minutes and left

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The lack of communication, profesionalism and overall conduct of this firm is laughable. 3 months I was calling and emailing our paralegal assigned to our case , couldnt get a response. Finally , I was able to get ahold of someone and they rudly informed me that the paraleagly assigned to my case, the one ove been emailing (without reply) was no longer working for the firm. When I asked why no one notified me or contacted me or tried to reach out, I was told that everyone is working on my case because they are a team. This was the beginning of our downfall with this firm. Fast forward to 1 year and a half later, I spent a month trying to contact them. Phone calls , that never got replied . Emails would get reaponded to, telling me someone wohls call me shortly. Yet no one ever did. I spent a friday trying to contact them in reguards to something very urgent and scary going on with my spouses case and I could not get through . I called multiple times from 9am to 5 pm and just got the runaround . Even could not get a proper email response. Until, I emailed them letting them know I wished to cancel their services . 10pm on a friday night I got email after email from their firm manager. She even tried to scare me and my husband into staying with the firm. I went another 2 weeks firm with wanting to cancel my services , being ignored and talked down to. This law firm is a joke, save yourself some time and money and go somewhere that youll be taken care of. They clearly are disorganized. I did finally recieve my money back in the mail , the reason for the check they wrote "failure to pay" gaslighters , all of them. I got our money back because I FIRED them.

Do not recommend this firm, my mom is being waiting for more than 3 years and they haven’t do anything with her case!!!

They are cheaters! be careful. They charge for nothing. Tengan cuidado son tramposos.
