So my sister and I dropped her photo passports 2 days before Thanksgiving(November 22nd).Slid them under the door.Left a note on the pictures for Priscilla.We called first thing in the morning to check if they have been received.Spoke to a Karen.Emailed Priscilla since she was out of the week.Heard back from her the week after and she said she would look for them.My sister called and emailed several times with no response until yesterday.Priscilla said they haven't found them.Seriously???!!!Who opens the door at your Law firm?A business with cameras,you can just lose people's stuff like this?Anyways!!!Very unprofessional and disappointing.The least you could do is respond to emails in a fashion manner and let people know what's up.

Don’t trust these people. I lost my citizenship so they told me they would get me another one for $1500. They only got me a copy which doesn’t work to get my passport. I asked why I didn’t get an original and they told me it was going to be another $1500. 2 years of waiting for nothing. They are just scamming people who really need help.
