I came here for a friend and Beatriz Godoy was super helpful as she made it very clear on the processes and procedures. This made it very easy for my friend to decide the route she wants to take with her future spouse.

Horrible service. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL
I had an appointment and was there 5 minutes early. After waiting over 30 minutes no body showed up and when I went to the receptionist she did not care at all and simply said « if you aren’t happy you can leave. »
Of course you reply with that statement. How about other bad reviews for you? Are they all fake? 😂
Instead of apologizing for the bad experience and offering to help you come up with that response!!! This is also another sign of your poor professionalism.
