Extremely dissapointed with how my father in law’s case is being handled. They keep giving him the runaround and have yet to send evidence documents back to USCIS which were due back to USCIS by tomorrow. Numerous phone calls have gone unanswered and evidence documents that were handed in person to the paralegal handling this case were misplaced. Over a month they’ve had the documents USCIS requested in their office yet my father in law received a phone call to ask when he would be bringing the documents in. They’ve had the requested documents since early January, but they were clueless as to where the documents were or who had received them. I definitely would not recommend this firm. Ridiculous how unprofessional and disorganized they have been with my father in law. I would rate zero stars if I could. They were paid in full for a service that is absolutely NOT being performed.

Aunque me dijeron porque se devolvio mi formulario no me dieron una opcion que me ayudara a resolver mi problema, la opcion que me dieron fueron malas noticias. Me pregunto: tal vez no me pudieron ayudar porque la primera consulta es gratis? Creo que me abstendre de recomendar o no este bufete de abogados.

En la cita de consulta me dejaron esperando una hora, si esto ofrecieron en el momento de la venta del servicio no quiero imaginar cómo será en el proceso. Al momento de tener la consulta la persona no sabía del proceso que requería por lo que la consulta duro 10 minutos 😑
