I cannot express how amazing my experience was with Randall Martin at IRSProb. I was so scared at the situation I was and he walked me through the whole process and made things super easy. I couldn't wish for a better CPA. Anytime I need help with taxes I'm calling Randy.

We had an IRS problem that had been hanging over our heads for years. We were sure there was no solution, but Randy met with us and walked us through solutions that no one else had ever mentioned. He went to work the same day and protected us from IRS collection actions like IRS liens and IRS levies. Randy saved us from the IRS. We are extremely thankful!!!

Bigger is not always better. I have heard countless commercials for IRS tax relief. I'm getting into my personal circumstances, but I absolutely have to share my experience with Randell. His experience brought an instant comfort. His approach brought instant reassurance. I was able to tell immediately he genuinely cares on a personal level about each client. He doesn't use a cookie cutter "I know what to do" approach and he realizes every circumstance is not the same. I felt like my best friend was helping me throughout the entire process. He listened to my concerns which made me feel at ease since I have never dealt directly with the IRS. He is always accessible and charged a fraction of the costs quoted by others.

Great experience start to finish. Randell was by my side and I can't imagine anyone being more involved. This company certainly put people before money. When you get in a situation that's life changing the choices you make are crucial. After being told by 3 other places I needed an appointment Randell instantly made time to visit conjointly. The results were beyond my expectations.

Randell saved us thousands of dollars on our taxes. We use him exclusively for all our tax issues.

Working with Randy has been great! He handled my 2018 tax return as asked, but also looked into my 2016 and 2017 as a courtesy and calls or emails every time he sees something I may want to know. Randy has even saved me on weekends during his vacation. I am so glad we found him and thankful for the help he’s been!
