I heard of IRSProb from KCBI, a Christian-based DFW radio station. I had put myself in a precarious situation and needed help. I finally called and met with Randell. He put my fears to rest, explained everything thoroughly, was available when I needed him and very patient. I put him to the test! When all was said and done, my fears were resolved and in a way that was manageable and appropriate. I am VERY thankful that there are people in this world like him, to help people like me. I cannot say thank you enough!

We came to know Randell after realizing my husbands taxes had been done incorrectly years prior & now the IRS was seeking a lot of money. He was able to calm our anxieties, walk us through his plan, and executed said plan without fail! This process is not fun and the IRS is very good at making it confusing and frustrating. Randell is very good at making that all seemingly go away because he becomes your advocate. I’m sure the questions I had, he gets all the time. He never let me know that, though. He always had time for my MANY questions and never made me feel ignorant by speaking in terms I didn’t understand. I highly recommend his service if you have any issue(s) with the IRS.

Randell Martin is compassionate, understanding and professional. My wife and I were overwhelmed with the amount of tax debt that loomed over us. Randell was able to get us in a non collectible status with the IRS, therefore keeping our bank account from being levied. It was a huge burden off our back. We are grateful to Randell for all of his help.
