Hired this firm to help and wasn’t able to get relief. Feel I overpaid for what services were rendered and when asked for clarification on hours spent on my case I wasn’t given a direct response. I also told the firm I was under a strict timeline and they failed to meet causing more stress.

Have been trying to clear up a mistake with IRS for NINE months. Call after call, letter after letter. My accountant's advice was "call them". I called in to inquire about a Tax Audit because the previous company I worked with was subpar and Randell was able to give me the best advice ever!!! So I was significantly in debt to the IRS, had not filed for almost 20 years.
