They don't communicate very well if you want to know what's going on you will have to call them 40 times..that's exaggeration but but not by much.mr Ortiz is good in court but front office needs some work.

Extremely profession and caring team of lawyers.

Attentive and helpful to all my needs

I called his office to see if he could help me with a legal issue. Made an appointment then drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Receptionist was friendly. The office was nice. Mr Ortiz was professional and very understanding. He listened to my issues and then told me he knew someone who could help by giving us a name to someone who could assist me. Told me he would call me back with the number that afternoon. As I left I was charged $50. Drove 1 1/2 hours home. He didn’t call, so I called the next day and left a message stating I was waiting on that number. Still no call back, so I called again. 2 days later he called and left a message saying he was going to talk to someone and would get back to me. Well he never did. I was impressed with him at first but he never did what he said.

David is the most competent, fair and honest attorney in Del Rio, which I have known since he was a toddler, and his expertise and knowledge of trial law far exceeds what most clients expect! Well worth retaining if you need serious legal representation!

Very slow to return calls. It takes a week or more to get a call back. It's better to show up in person if you need information or updates. They do great in court though.

They never called me back for appointment.
