Very professional these guys know what they're doing

If I can give it a 0 I definitely would. Ana was super rude and unprofessional! I thought paralegal assistants were supposed to be smart and professional. She hung up on me because I didn’t want to give her my last name, wow! She is causing her law firm to lose business and is making her law firm look super unprofessional. She even told me to go with another lawyer before even speaking to the lawyer about my case. I will definitely not be recommending this law firm. Ana should absolutely not be working there especially if she hates her job that much! Good luck with having Ana there!!

Never went to work for me. Regardless of my concerns Filemon would always tell me that he would take care of it. Never did. In fact, in the end he just said we are done and case is over. Totally taking my money, leaving me hanging, and generally just throwing me to the dogs. I don't know how people like this sleep at night. A disgrace to his profession!
